A one-of-a-kind Candlelit Tour, you will be given exclusive early evening access to the Museum which will be beautifully and atmospherically lit by candlelight, a re-enactment of how Soane entertained his own guests during his lifetime.
The night includes a 30-minute drinks reception, followed by an hour-long tour led by one of our expert guides. The evening will last for 90 minutes.
A house museum, located next to Lincoln's Inn Fields in Holborn, London, which was formerly the home of neo-classical architect John Soane. In 1833, Soane negotiated a private Act of Parliament: to preserve his house and collection, exactly as it was arranged at the time of his death, in perpetuity.
The tour begins and ends at the Tilbury cruise terminal.
