Your tour begins with a drive from Runavík through Funningur and continues along the mountain road to Gjógv. Arriving in this beautiful village, you will walk through the village surrounded by mountains, beautiful nature and charming old houses. You will also visit the gorge that gives Gjógv its name.
Leave the village and walk up the staircase to Garðsendi (taking the path that leads you to Ambadalur). From here you will have a magnificent view over the village, the cliffs and the island of Kalsoy.
Enjoy your lunch at the guesthouse Gjáargarður before returning to the cruise pier.
