Fish&Dish is a special concept adventure that combines the wonders of the fjords, the fun of deep sea fishing, and a wonderful gourmet experience. This Adventure Fjord Cruise is lead by Captain Erik Palo, who personally will guide you in any relevant topic.
From Nuuk we will be heading into the deep fjords between the grandiose mountains with 3.7 billion year old rock. We will get a closer look at clear waterfalls and have a taste of the pure water, we will make stops by sculptural icebergs and chip off little pieces of 10.000 year old ice to put in the whiskey served on board. If possible, we will greet a whale or two.
At a certain location, we will throw out lines to do some deep sea fishing, and catch a good amount of redfish and cod.
The freshly caught fish will be brought to the chefs in a wilderness restaurant, and they will show you how your own fish is prepared, before it is served in 3 different delicious dishes in the restaurant, that has a stunning view.
With all the new visual impressions, the feeling of wiggling fish still in your hands, and a full stomach, we will be heading back to Nuuk.
