Discovered in the 1970s, these carvings date back thousands of years and depict various scenes from prehistoric life, including animals, hunting scenes, and human figures. Led by an expert guide, you'll explore this archaeological treasure, gaining insights into the fascinating history and symbolism behind the carvings.
Once you've marveled at the ancient artistry, it's time to continue your adventure to Kalvåg. This idyllic location offers a perfect blend of nature and culinary delights. You'll dock the RIB-boat and disembark at Knutholmen's welcoming restaurant (surcharge applies), where a sumptuous seafood meal awaits you. Indulge in the freshest seafood, prepared with local flavors and traditions, while enjoying panoramic views of the tranquil waters and surrounding landscapes.
After the meal, our guide will take you for a tour in the beautiful village of Kalvåg before returning with the RIB boat to Maloy.
